My husband and I just purchased our first home with James being our buyers’ agent. We were so glad that we found him!! He has been so helpful to us throughout the whole process, from arranging tours all the way to signing the closing documents. James carefully listened to what we wanted (or what we thought we wanted lol), made great suggestions but at the same time kept our wishes and situations in mind first. In addition, James helped us out with providing all kinds of great references that went beyond just purchasing a new home (e.g., he recently referred a nanny to us after hearing that we’re having trouble locating a good daycare option). He also made sure we’re well taken care of with regard to our loan options, legal representatives, and home inspection. We literally did not have to worry about anything! We would highly recommend James for anyone who’s in search of a real estate agent. If we ever find ourselves in the market again, James will definitely be our go-to person!
