I don’t normally write review but James is someone I’d highly recommend to anyone who is going to buy or sell a home. We know James for years and he’s THE agent for our first home purchase, first home sale, and second home purchase. And if I continue, I have zero double contacting him again. He’s the best agent I ever know and heard of. All our friends have James as real estate agent and i only heard happy experience. Even though we had a terrible delay about a recent home purchase from the other side, we didn’t have a single thing unhappy about James. He’s patient and always there to help resolve any issues. James is super hands on and always follow up. He’s the kindest guy I’ve ever known and never push for anything. I can’t tell you enough about how great James are and how lucky we have him as our agent, and as our friend.
