I have dealt with a lot of realtors and I can honestly say James is THE BEST realtor I have EVER dealt with. He listens, does the research for you and gets you what you need all while being extremely kind. He is very passionate about what he does and he truly wants to help you buy or sell at the price you want. He has done both for me…he helped me purchase my first home, he then helped me sell it and he also helped me buy my 2nd home. And when it’s time to move, I won’t go to anyone else but James. I how consider James a friend rather than my realtor. Like I said, he is simply THE BEST out there and a pleasure to work with and talk to.
