James stepped into a difficult situation between two sellers and handled the situation professionally, guiding both of the sellers as well as the buyers to a common goal. The deal became shaky at one point but James was able to help negotiate things to an amicable close. I appreciated his responsiveness to as things arose, along with his willingness to go the extra mile and take care of maintenance issues when we, the sellers, were unable to do so ourselves. James handled the sale of our rental property when we were effectively unavailable clients and did so wonderfully.
