I had an amazing experience during my home buying experience with James. He was very helpful in identifying numerous houses for us to evaluate based on the criteria my wife and I provided and took the time to visit them with us despite only giving him one week of notice. He provided a very comprehensive booklet containing a summary for each property that was helpful when visiting the houses. James was available day and night to answer our questions and was very involved throughout the entire buying process. He also has a large network of other contacts for related services (i.e.: banking, law, etc.) that we were able to utilize. James is very candid and was always looking out for our best interest.
