I was referred by a friend to James for my first home buying experience. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. While the process was very stressful James made it easy. His background as a realtor and as a property owner gave us a big advantage when looking at homes before making offers. James took time out of his schedule to go look out houses during the week and gave us great feedback on the pros and cons of each home. When we finally found a home we loved, James went to for a visit and gave us a thorough breakout of what the inspector would say if we were to have our offer accepted. We ended up getting that home and James guided us seamlessly through the home buying process even though we asked him thousands of questions. I’d highly recommend James as he is savvy and also patient to anyone buying a home.
